Happy Morning Meal
1 hard-boiled egg or 1 scrambled egg
1 tablespoon powdered milk
1 small pinch of garlic powder
2 small drops of olive oil or chicken broth
¼ piece of dry toast
Break up the egg fine with a fork or in a food processor. Add the pinch of garlic powder and the powdered milk. Blend. Break up the toast real small and crumbly. Mix that in with the egg mixture. Add a couple drops of olive oil or chicken broth. If it seems too dry you can add a bit of water. Serve in a bowl. Makes 1 serving.
